News: Bush: Social Security

Quickie: Bush is doing that...thing again, where he threatens people who don't agree with him.
It's clearly some kind of strategy, but I don't get it. If you're going to bully people into going with you, find somebody more menacing than George W. Bush. If Dick Cheney pulled me aside, gave me his trademark grimace and told me there'd be "political consequences" for not supporting Bush's social security, I'd roll with that.
