Only in Israel

The Red Cross had to stop operating on the Gaza Strip because of a shooting incident last week. Operations have since resumed.

The best part of the article is, of course, the picture. Only on the Gaza Strip would the Red Cross have a sign stating that no AK-47s are allowed on the premises.

Also in Minneapolis. Was at a wedding at Central Lutheran Church in Mpls and there were signs by all the doors reading "NO GUNS ALLOWED". Minnesota has some strange law that lets you pack heat wherever you go unless the owners of the buildings post "NO GUNS" signs. Under one of the signs at the church someone had scribbled: "Blessed Are the Peacemakers" and someone else had crossed out "Peacemakers" and scrawled in "AK47'S".

Or, maybe they had a problem with too many shotgun weddings.

Hey-oh!

Well, it was a LUTHERAN church, so that could be true.

Oh you'll pay for that, Mr. Shakespeare.

(Unless you're also a Lutheran. In which case, help yourself to some casserole.)
