Who is leaking all of these reports?

Remember that time when the London police shot a guy in the subway for no reason? They thought he was a Saudi terrorist but he was actually just a Brazilian in a hurry.

The facts kept coming in. It turned out that these were plainclothes cops. Then, maybe Menezes wasn't carrying a backpack.

Now, according to a new leaked report, it comes out that Menezes was 1. not wearing a heavy jacket, 2. not running, and 3. sitting down in the train when the police shot him. He was just acting like a normal guy when the police shot him. And then somebody tried to cover it up.
