Iraq: 50% more free than America

Hell, they're even letting Saddam Hussein vote in the constitutional referendum.

Also, I wrote about this article on Friday, but it's taken me these three days to edit out all the profanity: Bush likens the war on terror to the cold war. We've heard about this, yes? In the sense that the Iraq War is long, pointless, and expensive, then yes, it's a great deal like the Cold War. In the sense that the government is using the Iraq War to limit civil liberties, then yes, it's a great deal like the Cold War. So? Is the Cold War something to be nostalgic about?
A lot of these government types are lost without a cold war. They just can't adjust their ways of thinking. Well, they need not worry: Bush has started another cold war, and lord knows how long this one will last.
