Better late than never

It appears that the Democrats aren't the only ones complaining about the war in Iraq. Many Republicans are saying that Bush is being wayy too optimistic about how we are doing, and Americans in general are not confident in the President. He has only a 42% approval rating, with only 37% approving his handling of Iraq. That's because you can't lie about crap like this. You can only keep saying "it's almost over" for about a year before people start to get suspicious.

John McCain is back on my "cool republicans" list. He and Lieberman are calling for a plan that would set a mandatory limit on carbon emissions. Let's see how far this goes. Other plans call for the usual, weak-ass "voluntary" reduction crap.
