Flame on

The congress must see a dozen flagburning amendments a season. What is so different about this one? Well, the House passed it. However, word on the street is that the Senate isn't going to pass it. (You can guess my position on flagburning. As long as that burning flag isn't in danger of setting a building on fire, I say flame on.)

No, what's got my panties in a twist is this: The US is delaying the UN's inspection of Guantanamo. Please recall that the Administration also blocked the Democrats' independent inspection of Guantanamo. What the hell is going on there? I first scoffed at the "gulag" comparison but now I am getting curious.
